Delivery Commitment
We make every effort to ensure that all items listed in our store have the Availibility accurately noted. However, we may find that one of more of the items you order are not readily available. If this happens, we will do our best to find the item(s) as quickly as possible for you and communicate with you via email.
Please ensure that the email address you give us during checkout, or the email address you have registered with eBay (if you've purchased through our eBay store), is checked regularly and that '@hondaeasttoledo.com' is on your domain whitelist for any spam-blocking software, folders or filters.
All orders are shipped with insurance.
Fulfillment Of Your Order
We will first try to fill all orders from the 200,000+ items we have in stock at our dealership. If an item is not available in our dealership, we will check with our off-site warehousing partners and, if in stock, we will order the item from them. If an item is not available either at our dealership or at our warehouses, we will order the item from its original supplier/manufacturer.
Processing begins on the business day following payment receipt - excluding weekends and holidays. Therefore, orders paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday. We observe the following US Holidays:
New Years Day (January 1), Memorial Day (Late May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Early September), Thanksgiving Day (Late November) and Christmas Day (December 25).Orders are processed in the order that they are received and expedited processing is not available when purchasing online. If you have an immediate need, please do not purchase online.
