Since the inception of Honda East in 1986 we've developed an unbeatable local selection of 11 powersports vehicle manufacturers. If you take a look at our history, you can see that our dealership has gained some serious momentum over the years. We don't forget our history either! Our Honda franchise started it all, and Honda East has been the largest volume Honda dealership in the state of Ohio for 3 years running.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Delivery Commitment

We make every effort to ensure that all items listed in our store have the Availibility accurately noted. However, we may find that one of more of the items you order are not readily available. If this happens, we will do our best to find the item(s) as quickly as possible for you and communicate with you via email.

Please ensure that the email address you give us during checkout, or the email address you have registered with eBay (if you've purchased through our eBay store), is checked regularly and that '@hondaeasttoledo.com' is on your domain whitelist for any spam-blocking software, folders or filters.

All orders are shipped with insurance.

Fulfillment Of Your Order

We will first try to fill all orders from the 200,000+ items we have in stock at our dealership. If an item is not available in our dealership, we will check with our off-site warehousing partners and, if in stock, we will order the item from them. If an item is not available either at our dealership or at our warehouses, we will order the item from its original supplier/manufacturer.

Processing begins on the business day following payment receipt - excluding weekends and holidays. Therefore, orders paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday. We observe the following US Holidays:

New Years Day (January 1), Memorial Day (Late May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Early September), Thanksgiving Day (Late November) and Christmas Day (December 25).

Orders are processed in the order that they are received and expedited processing is not available when purchasing online. If you have an immediate need, please do not purchase online. Instead, contact our knowledgeable Parts Department directly at 1-877-437-1631 x2 (or 1-419-891-1230 x2 in the Toledo area or outside the USA).

What is your Return Policy?

We strive to ensure your experience with Honda East is (almost) as fun as riding many of the vehicles we sell! Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase before returning it.

All returns MUST meet these simple standards:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Product must not be an electrical/electronic product
  • Product must be in original condition - no signs of wear or installation, all parts/tags/packaging intact
  • Package must be shipped via traceable, insured service (i.e., UPS Ground). We are not responsible for loss/damage in transit.
  • Package must include a completed Returns/Exchanges Form

Returns for Refund

All returned items are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are based on the item price(s) paid on your original purchase invoice and do not include shipping/handling charges. Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment, unless an exchange or Gift Certificate is chosen. Refunds will be confirmed via email. Please allow the following time to receive your refund once processed: (in business days)

  • PayPal: 1-2 days
  • Google Checkout: 1-2 days
  • VISA/MC/Discover/American Express: 3-5 days
  • Refund Check: 5-7 days (for Money Order payments)

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product, less any discount/coupons applied to the purchase invoice. Refunds for shipping and handling charges are only granted if Honda East Toledo has inspected the item and verified that it was shipped in error or is defective. Return shipping refund amount is limited to the amount charged for shipping on the original purchase. In the case of combined or promotional shipping on the original purchase, return shipping refund is limited to the current standard UPS Ground rate for the item(s).

Returns for Exchange

Requests for exchange are subject to the availability of the item requested. Many of our best deals have limited stock available and similar items varying only in size or color may be sold out by the time your return is received and processed. We will make every effort to fulfill the exchange as you've requested in the "Exchange/Replacement Options" are of the form. If the item you've requested is not available, we will notify you via email and issue a refund via your original payment method.

Our inventory changes daily, the best way to ensure that you receive that item is to simply purchase it outright and request a refund for your return. You may contact us to check availability, but we cannot "hold" any product pending receipt of your returned merchandise.
